1) Is there a legal agreement, site usage agreement, or privacy statement?
For all of the above, please see our User Agreeemnt.
2) Can I cancel my application?
The FAFSA Review and Submission service begins once our company receives both the application and payment. The service is considered complete once the application has been submitted to the Federal Processor. You MAY be able to cancel the service prior to completion.
The FAFSA form is similar to many other federal documents in that it cannot be canceled once the form has been submitted to the federal processor. Example, once a Federal Income Tax form is submitted to the IRS, the form can not be canceled or deleted from the IRS records. You can amend the Tax form once it has processed.
In accordance with Department of Education policy, a FAFSA form that has been submitted to the federal processor cannot be cancelled. You can amend the FAFSA form once it has processed.
3) How much does your service cost?
For only $79.99, we will collect the information necessary to file your FAFSA.
We will review the information for possible errors and submit
the information to the Federal Processor for you. If we are
unable to submit your application, the review and submission fee will be refunded as per the ‘How do I get a refund?’ section below.
4) How can I pay for your service?
At the completion of the application process, payment options will be given for credit/debit card via the web or check and credit/debit card via phone. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. To learn more, please contact our payment center.

5) I think I may have been charged
multiple times for my application.
many online payment screens, attempting to refresh the screen or clicking
Submit more than once can
cause multiple payments to occur.
We have quality control procedures in place to address this issue,
and make sure you are charged only once per application you are
submitting. If you feel you have
been charged multiple times, we are happy to research your issue. Please e-mail us the name on the credit
card, the date of the transaction, and the number of charges you think
6) I attempted to submit my payment
multiple times and the charge was declined, but my bank shows that I have
been billed. What is going on with
my form and charge?
What you are most
likely seeing is a preauthorization or hold from the attempts to use your
credit card. Credit Card charges, unless done with a direct merchant
connection to your Bank/Card company such as an authorized ATM, can take
up to three business days to process completely. To avoid overdrafts, many banks/cards
choose to place on the account "pre-authorizations" for the
amount at the time of the charge.
If the charge is completed, the bank/card then converts the
"pre-authorization" to a full charge. If the charge is not completed, the
bank/card then removes the "pre-authorization". As each bank/card ATM department has
differing procedures on this, we recommend contacting the ATM
department at your bank for more information on their procedures. If you would like to confirm that your
charges were declined, please feel free to e-mail us with the last name
on the credit card, the date of the transaction(s) and the number of
transactions, and we will be happy to research the issue.
7) How do I get a refund?
Our online and phone review and submission service for the Department of Education’s FAFSA form offers a full or partial refund as follows:
A full 100% money-back guarantee is offered on any "verified" refund request made prior to completion of our service.
A verified request for a refund is a request with sufficient information to locate and confirm receipt of your application. The Application ID or Invoice Number is preferred. The Student’s full name and date the application was submitted will usually be sufficient.
Once the service has been completed, no request for a refund will be honored.
As we pride ourselves on our Customer Service, we offer an 80% refund of our Review and Submission fee if we are unable to complete our service for either of the following two reasons.
Application Already on File
The Department of Education only allows one form to be filed per student per academic year. Our service will provide an 80% refund of our Review and Submission fee if we are unable to complete our service due to the application already being on file with the Department of Education for the application year filed.
Unable to Contact
During the application process our service may attempt to contact the applicant for clarification of the information provided. If we are unable to obtain clarification, we will provide an 80% refund of our Review and Submission fee upon cancellation of our service.
